PROS : Check-in process: fast; no hassles-Anwar at the reception was very courteous and pleasant, taking note on arrival of my aged parents and their comfort . The attitude of the reception staff ( Anwar and Prastuti) ,set the tone for the rest of the stay when you have a pleasant encounter from the beginning . Location-close proximity to U.S Consulate ; Once again reception staff were endearing enough to help get my aged parents and myself to and from the consulate on time .The Driver Shabbir , was well versed with "wait times" and took time to advise us regarding the same and how we could contact him if we faced any trouble. Breakfast spread had a good balance of Continental and Indian dishes Breakfast staff : Maria is bubbly , helpful and resourceful -very gracious of her to help us find the closest Church for New Years mass . 24x7 hot water in the room.House keeping very helpful and thoughtful-first time all 3 occupants were acknowledged and amenities placed for all 3 occupants . Booked the Deluxe King room , happily got upgraded - spacious enough for 3 occupants and an extra cot. Very nice lounge ,waiting area

After a few initial hiccups, I must say that the staff action thereafter more than made up for it. A special shoutout to the Front Office Manager, Vishal Malik and Housekeeping manager, Rambabu who really went out of their way to address any concerns and made my stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms were big, confortable and clean. The head chef, Benjamin was superb. He specially catered a lovely delicious meal for me at their restaurant , Zega. For a solo woman traveller, I was made to feel at ease and at home. I also highly appreciated the free drop and pick up hotel taxi service to and from the office whilst I was there for the 3 days. I highly recommend the hotel for any business traveller. I will be back!

Every morning I had delicious scrambled eggs served by the friendly and efficient staff of Kakali, Rajesh, Sresta, Rohit, Farha, Pinki, and Karan the very effective and helpful manager. The setting of the restaurant was elegant and relaxing. The chef and servers were always very helpful in addressing any of my special dietary needs which usually came up during the evening meals. The front desk and courtesy desk of Nuckle, Ahmed, Abhi, Dolly Saw, Tiyasha, Subhmoy, and Raids were always friendly, kind, and helpful.

Smooth checkin, great breakfast and dinner buffet, they assist with transport and even helped us wear a saree and kindly kept our baggage after checkout!
